Themes support

If you are new to Shopify, we recommend that you first go through Shopify’s own documentation about themes. There you will find all the basic guides to get started. You’ll also become familiar with the Theme Editor and its structure.

To learn all the tricks your Woolman theme can do, it’s a good idea to dive into the theme’s documentation. All our themes have dedicated documentation where you can find more details on how specific features and sections work.

Sometimes you might run into a tricky theme-related problem. When you have purchased our theme from the Shopify Theme Store — as you always should — you are eligible for our support. We’re happy to help!
